The idea of Bátor Tábor Contemporary Art Auction was born in Budapest, Hungary in 2005. Based on this experienc in 2013 the firs auction was organised in Warsaw. What began as a simple charity auction has, in a short time become a significant event on the Polish art market. Its dual aim is to raise fund to send Polish children with cancer to the Bátor Tábor camp and to promote contemporary Central and Eastern Europena art on a highly professional level. In 2018, the sixth edition tripled the revenues from 2013.
